Apparently, Harry Reid is confusing the smell of the sweat of tourists, with the stench of Congressional corruption.
Of course, Harry Reid is a socialist elitist. The Mel Brooks line, "Sir, the peasants are revolting!", "Yes, they certainly are!" applies here. Harry Reid thinks it's funny to accuse the people who elected him of smelling foul, when he sits in his Congressional office every day, taking those people's money and voting for laws that daily take more of their freedoms away.
Stench, indeed.
