Obama Quits his Church

"Obama said Saturday that he made the decision with “some sadness,” but that he had been discussing it with his family for “quite some time” and that he did not want to be a continuing burden on the congregation."

A burden on the congregation? Let's be clear, this is the congregation that whoops it up in joy at the racism-filled rants of their pastor, at blatant politicking inside a supposedly politics-free and tax-free zone.

Obama isn't apologizing for this. Given the fact that he attended this church for 20 years, he clearly doesn't have a problem with the hatred and bigotry of Rev Wright, et al. Clearly, because if he did, he'd have quit a long time ago.

The Democratic party is about to nominate a racist America-hater for the presidential election, and there is no way he can now wash his hands of this, since he quit the church for the wrong reason.
